Sand blasting
We acquired new jet blasting equipment to provide our customers with more competitive prices, faster response times, and complementary services. The equipment consists of a chamber 12ft wide x 16ft long x 8ft high, equipped with a system of filters and dust recovery. A small insulated sandblasting cabinet for sanding smaller parts is also part of the new equipment. Sandblasting is required for all metals that have already been painted or altered before receiving the powder paint. In addition, this process optimizes the adhesion of powder paint to raw metals. It is possible to work from any type of abrasive ranging from aluminum oxide to glass ball and in the desired grade.
